ABOUT LISA KISSLER, LCSW
My passion is supporting people with holistic mental health solutions that are specific to the individual. I am a licensed clinical social worker/therapist, who uses evidence-based modalities while considering the whole person's alignment with the mind, body, and spirit. Emotions are an important element in how humans experience the world, and I teach how to effectively manage emotions which can improve mental health and well-being.
My professional experience includes outpatient therapy in community mental health, supporting the unhoused in Boulder, working with SNAP recipients in the City and County of Denver, and supporting families during COVID at the Aurora Housing Authority. I completed 2 years of clinical supervision as a primary therapist on an interdisciplinary psychiatric team serving adults and teens in residential and partial hospitalization programs in Denver. I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work, a nationally recognized top program.
Additional Training: Intuitive, Yoga Instructor Certification, Teacher/Healer
I may incorporate spiritual tools into sessions to assist with healing. This may include yogic principles, crystals, meditation, or more on an individual basis. I completed Yoga Teacher Training (200hrs) in 2019 and completed White Light Healer Training in 2025.
